Today we are looking for a full-time back office coordinator to strenghthen our Client Relations team.
Your missions:
As a back office coordinator, your missions are:
- Front-office: clients day-to-day care, answer to new queries, claim administration issue resolution, file update, link with the sales team, etc.
- Back-office: administration of commissions, arrears, clients files, enrolment forms, contracts, CRM, etc.
- Take part in commercial operations and projects undertaken by the firm
- Support and develop mutual aid with the rest of the team
Your profile:
Recent graduate or with a first professional experience, ideally with some background knowledge in insurance / employee benefits and willing to develop expertise in this field.
Enthusiastic, benevolent, you will commit to take care of our clients. You wish to contribute to the firm’s success and are ready to get involved.
You can read, write and speak English fluently.
